Impact BT opens NYC support facility - 10/1/2009
Impact BT has expanded operations into New York City with the opening of a NYC support facility. "Having a permanent presence in NYC helps us service our New York customer better and offer faster on-site support where necessary". Although approximately 80% of service and support we offer is completed remotely, when on-site support is needed, speed of service is very important to our customers. The NYC office is our third support location, expanding our local coverage even further to better suit our growing customer base.

Microsoft plans a record Patch Day on Tuesday, August 10, with 14 security bulletins to fix 34 vulnerabilities in Windows, Office, and Internet Explorer. Read on to plan your preparations.

Today, Microsoft released four security bulletins for July's Patch Day, fixing two flaws in Windows, and two in Office. Three of the four bulletins are Critical. However, even the Important bulletin fixes an Outlook flaw that poses a significant risk.
