PROFESIONAL SERVICES TEAM

Jeff Festa received his Master of Science in Computer Information Systems from Sacred Heart University. With over twenty years of experience, his titles have ranged from being a technician to a network engineer, all the way through the ranks of management into his current director position. He currently leads a team in the professional services department, providing excellent customer service with all of Impact’s projects.

Anthony graduated from Western Connecticut State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and joined the ImpactBT team in 2013. Anthony worked hard and acquired the position as a Network Engineer. Between assisting the Helpdesk and working on Project’s, he enjoys spending time with his wife and rescued furry family.
